Indomitable Lions : Adrenaline Rising In Camp

With 24 hours left before their first game at the tournament against Switzerland, the pulse has increased in the den as the players intensify preparations.

One hour and fifteen minutes of training behind closed doors. The Indomitable Lions of Cameroon were put through their paces last evening at the Al Sailiya Sports Club as they build up to their first game against Switzerland scheduled for Thursday, November 24.
Pitch side and out around the sports complex, the security was very tight; no camera, no trespassing allowed. These firm instructions were strictly respected as the Lions got into tactical drills with the session watched by the Minister of Sports and Physical Education, Professor Narcisse Mouelle Kombi who arrived in Qatar on Monday evening.  
Not able to get any information from the session, the battery of Swiss reporters who came to cover the training session were forced to resort to Cameroonian journalists for more questions about the Indomitable Lions. The Swiss media has been following every step of the Lions since they arrived in camp.
After sweating it out on the pitch, the team finally came out relaxed but focused on the task that lies ahead of them. Head Coach Rigobert Song had a few pleasantries with Cameroonian journalists but remained firm in holding his cards to his chest as he didn’t give anything away.
