Men’s African Nations Volleyball Championship : Cameroon Makes Final Touches

From the 1st to the 15th September 2023, Men’s African Nations Volleyball Championship will take place in Cairo, Egypt. Ahead of the competition, the national men’s volleyball team is making final touches with their preparations in Maribor, Slovenia, where the players are fine-tuning their kills for the past three weeks. Training takes place twice daily under the supervision of the head coach Jean Patrice Ndaki Mboulet. 
During this preparatory phase for the volleyball Lions, attention is geared on muscles strengthening, with some technical details such as high defence (blocking), low defence and above all reception. Cohesion is not forgotten either. There is also psychological preparation of players to ensure that all the players are focused on a single objective which is to lift the trophy. The players also watch videos of their potential opponents.
