Fight Against Unemployment: F CFA 30 Million for 30 Budding Entrepreneurs

Some youths from across Cameroon have been drilled on entrepreneurship and how to start their own business. This was during a one-day training organized by the Go and Make a difference - GoMAD organization, which was aimed at providing new techniques and strategies on how to become an entrepreneur and be successful. The GoMAD event, which took place in Douala on the 15 of February, was in its 10th edition, was themed "From Vision to Impact: Entrepreneurs as Nation Builders”. During the event, participants were asked to fill a form that is in line with their business plan after which 30 best plans will be selected and will each receive F CFA one million to start a business. Ntam Marlyse, who is participating in the GoMAD conference for the second time, said after her first participation in 2024, she built her self-esteem and was able to start a business that is thriving today.
