International Friendly : Indomitable Lionesses Edge Morocco

The Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon edged Morocco 1-0 during an international friendly encounter that took place at the Stade Jegou in Casablanca, Morocco yesterday April 8, 2025. Cameroonian fans in Casablanca thronged the grand stands to watch the match. The U17 Lions who are still in Casablanca even after their elimination as well former Indomitable Lions in the likes of Maboang Kesack and Bénard Tchoutang were also present to cheer the Lionesses. It was an exciting encounter that kept spectators on their feet throughout game shouting at the top of the voices and encouraging the players. 
The Lionesses began well, dominating the game right from the start. However, they lost their opportunities. The Moroccans put up a strong fight but they also squandered their chances. The Cameroonians with their good play style opened scores at the 22nd minute through Aboudi Onguene. At half time the scoreline was 1-0 in favour of Cameroon.
