Dynamic Rugby IV Championship : Abeilles Etoudi RC, Honorary Champions

Abeilles Rugby Club of Etoudi are the winners of the first leg of the Cameroon-15-a-side rugby dynamic championship. They beat AS Lion Rugby Club of Yaounde 20-15 during the seventh and last playing day of the first phase competition that took place at the Military Stadium in Yaounde on Saturday, June 28, 2025. Organised by the Essono Rugby Cameroon Group, the competition brought together the best teams in the competition. Abeilles Rugby Club of Yaounde finished the first phase of the championship on the top spot with 32 points after seven victories. The result came as a sigh of relief for supporters who were eagerly waiting for this first title. 
The head coach of Abeilles Rugby Club of Etoudi, Ibrahim Mohamed said this first step towards the coveted final title is due to hard work and good group cohesion, especially as the club is only two years old. In the opening game, AS Massoda Rugby Club of Yaounde and Titans Rugby Club of Douala played out a 13-13 draw. The result marks the first draw of the season.
