Isaac Keen Parashina, with residence in Abjua, handed the advance copies of his letters of credence to Minister Felix Mbayu on July 2, 2025.
The newly designated High Commissioner of Kenya to Cameroon, Isaac Keen Parashina, with residence in Abuja, on July 2, 2025, presented the advance copies of his letters of credence to the Minister Delegate to the Minister of External Relations in charge of Cooperation with the Commonwealth, Felix Mbayu.
Isaac Keen Parashina, who according to his curriculum vitae, is an articulate professional and public servant with extensive knowledge in public administration, governance and diplomacy, now heads diplomatic relations between his country and Cameroon. He was born on April 22, 1982 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Governance, Peace and Security Studies from the African Nazarene University. He already has a Masters Degree in Urban Management from the University of Nairobi, and a Bachelor of Arts in Planning from the same University. The Kenyan High Commissioner to Cameroon has done professional training in various aspects of international relations, including the induction course for newly appointed Ambassadors, High Commissioners and Deputy Head of Missions.
