The reward for the winners of the inaugural edition of the Professional Fighters League (PFL) Africa is huge. In effect, Cameroonian fighter, Alain Majorique, stands a chance to win a prize of $100,000 close to FCFA 60 million, if he defeats Nigeria’s Wasi Adeshina in the Featherweight finals scheduled for December 20, 2025, in Cotonou, Benin. The finals will take place at the iconic Sofitel Dome, a venue befitting the magnitude of the occasion. PFL officially unveiled the full fight card of the finals on November 13, 2025. Four champions will be crowned across the Heavyweight, Welterweight, Featherweight, and Bantamweight divisions, each pocketing a prize of $100,000; one of the most lucrative pay-outs for professional Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) athletes in Africa to date. More importantly, these victors will earn the distinguished title of the first-ever PFL Africa Tournament Champions, etching their names into the continent’s sporting history.
