Tumisang Orebonye : Playing In Familiar Territory

Botswana's national football team may not boast many household names, but this year they arrive at the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) with a solid and determined squad ready to impact the tournament in Morocco. One of the key players leading this charge is forward, Tumisang Orebonye, currently playing for Moroccan giants Wydad AC.
In August 2025, Orebonye made a landmark move to Wydad AC, Morocco's most decorated club. This transfer marked not only a step up in his career but also a return to familiar grounds, having previously played for fellow Moroccan club AS FAR.
