‘Communal Liberalism’ : Launch Of Revised Edition In Bafoussam

The Bafoussam city mayor, Tafam Roger, says President Paul Biya remains the best choice for Cameroonians in the upcoming presidential election billed for 12, October 2025. He said President Paul Biya has reached the highest political level with positive goals and commitments for Cameroonians, adding that his re-election is not negotiable. Tafam, was speaking in Bafoussam on 29 September 2025, at the presentation of the revised edition of the document (Book) Communal Liberalism, written by a group of professors, dedicated to President Paul Biya’s achievements and innovative ideologies to better Cameroon, and it attracted hundreds of CPDM militants and Cameroonian citizens.
He described the book as a blueprint of President Paul Biya’s vision for Cameroon, now turned achievements.  While thanking the association Synergie nationale de promotion du vivre ensemble (SYNPROVE), led by its founder, André Luther Meka, for projecting and undergirding President Paul Biya’s sensible and rational political and socio-economic achievements, he said President Paul Biya has triggered significant changes for the wellbeing of Cameroonians during his 43 years at the helm of the state, citing Bafoussam city as a good example. “If we require to be governed well, we must vote Paul Biya” he concluded.
For his part, one of the authors, Tamfuh Y.N Wilson, of the University of Dschang, said they dedicated the revised edition to bring out President Paul Biya’s ideology to his realizations. He said the document outlines a wide range of policies taken ...
