Ateki Seta Caxton of the Liberal Alliance Party (PAL), during the early hours of Sunday October 12, 2025 exercised his voting right at a polling station at the Obili neighbourhood in Yaounde, precisely within the premises of the Jumping Jack Nursery and Primary school. Thereafter, he urged Cameroonians to follow suit.
Speaking to the press after casting his vote, Ateki Seta Caxton described the experience as a moment of patriotic pride and hope. “This act is not just a personal gesture, but a statement of faith in the democratic process and the power of the people's choice,” he said. “I have done my part as a citizen, and I hope the Cameroonian people will do theirs, embracing the path of peace, progress, unity, and good governance,” he added.
