AFCON 2025 : ArtRise VIP Experience Set to Transform Douala

The ArtRise association has officially unveiled the "ArtRise VIP Experience," a transformative initiative aimed at making Cameroon’s economic capital a vibrant hub during the upcoming 2025 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco. The launch event, held on Wednesday October 22 featured a casting call and a press briefing detailing the ambitious plans for this unique experience.
From December 15, 2025, to January 20, 2026, Sawa Land in Bonamoussadi will host an inclusive fan zone, complete with an Open Night Club. The "ArtRise VIP Experience" promises to blend football, high-end entertainment, and art, creating a sustainable artistic ecosystem within the city.
Comedian Tagne Kondom, co-organizer of the event alongside Anita Keys, stated, "We didn't just want to organize a few shows here and there. We asked ourselves: what are we going to do for this African Cup of Nations? Our answer is a space that brings together VIPs, businesses, and anyone who really knows how to party". The event's core tagline, "lifestyle exclusivity", aims to provide a premium atmosphere where businesses and individuals can network while enjoying top-tier entertainment. This focus is set to transform the fan zone into a dynamic B2B platform, fostering social and professional connections.
The commitment to quality was evident from the outset, with a casting call at the Krystal Palace attracting over 1,000 applications.
