Recognition: Nico Hall Honoured For Nation-Building

A delegation from the Prime Minister’s Office visited the award gallery of Ntumfor Barrister Nico Halle in Douala on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, in reco­ gnition of his contributions to peace, justice and national development. Jointly led by Chief Agbor-Ambang and Mr. Foryang Godfred, the dele­ gation toured the gallery, which houses over 210 national and in­ ternational distinctions received by the renowned lawyer and human rights advocate. During the visit Ntumfor Barrister Nico Halle expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister for the gesture, stating that his lifelong commitment to justice has been guided by the fear of God, truth and patriotism. He stressed that love, integrity, ac­ countability and respect for moral values remain essential pillars for national progress and peaceful co­ existence. He underscored the need to uphold constitutional values, combat cor­ ruption and promote justice as foun­ dations for sustainable development and social harmony.
