Ndekwai Village : Dr. Agbor Meg Crowned Ekandim

Dr. Meg Agbor has been crowned with the Ekandim title in Manyu Division, Southwest Region of Cameroon. The Ekpe of Ndekwai (her village) in alliance with Ekpes from Ossing, Ntenako, Talaghaya, Nchang, Egbekaw Nfuni etc crowned her as Ekandim in Ndekwai village April 5, 2022. Some Manyu Patriarchs who witnessed the ceremony said the Ekandim is kind of a female Sesseku. It is the highest title in the Ekpe society and has been accorded to Dr. Agbor Meg who has distinguished herself in the society with acts of service, mobilization of groups, building skills, representation and humanitarian works to her people. Her Royal Highness, Ekandim Dr. Agbor Meg said the population, the crowd, the animation, the songs and poems humbled her.
