Indomitable Lions of Cameroon plying their trade in several prominent clubs abroad have experienced different fates in recent outings. Amongst those who blossomed recently, the performance of Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting and Christopher Wooh caught the attention of many football lovers. 
Choupo-Moting scored his first Budesliga goal for Bayern Munich this season during his club’s 5-0 win over Freiburg on match day 10 of the championship played on Sunday, October 16, 2022. The wait for a league goal had been even longer for Choupo-Moting, who had not found the net in the Bundesliga since February. Christopher Wooh on his part, got his first baptism of fire on October 13, 2022. The Indomitable Lions’ central defender was playing his first minutes in Stade Rennais jersey and he did not fail to tell the world that he was wrongly kept on the bench. The young player scored the lone and winning goal for Stade Rennais against Dynamo Kiev in the 4th day of the Europa League. He did not only score, but demonstrated an overall solid defensive performance. Enough to reassure head coach, Bruno Genesio. He was again very proficient in his defensive role in match day 11 of the French Ligue 1 championship on Sunday October 16, 2022. Stade Rennais won 3-2 against Olympique Lyonnais. In the same Ligue 1 championship, Ignatious Ganago scored in FC Nantes 4-1 win against Stade Brestois.
