He who brought Cape Verde to the AFCON in 2021 in Cameroon, hopes to do better in Côte d’Ivoire.

Pedro Brito popularly known as Bubista took the Blue Sharks of Cape Verde to the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon where the team was unfortunately booted out in the round of 16. The 53-year-old gaffer has successfully guided the team to yet another qualification to the AFCON to take place next year in Côte d’Ivoire. In the qualifiers, Cape Verde finished second with 10 points winning three matches, losing two and drawing one.
