2024 Cameroonian Ballon d’Or : Finalists Known

With the 2024 Cameroonian Ballon d’Or Awards ceremony set for February 28, 2025 at the Yaounde Conference Centre, the Cameroon Football Federation (FECAFOOT) has unveiled the finalists of the different categories. 
Three exceptional athletes are in contention for the coveted men’s Ballon d’Or award: Nathan Doualla, Nchindo John Bosco, and Yvan Mvondo. Nathan Doualla, the attacking midfielder for Victoria United, played a pivotal role in his club's historic MTN Elite One title win. His technical prowess and vision were instrumental to their success. Nchindo John Bosco, the then captain of Yong Sports Academy, who now plays for Coton Sport, demonstrated exceptional goal-scoring ability, finishing as the top scorer in the play-offs with six goals. His leadership and consistency were invaluable to his team, even though they narrowly missed out on the league title. His impressive performances have earned him a recent call-up to the Indomitable Lions squad under Marc Brys, making him a strong contender for the award. Yvan Mvondo, the versatile midfielder for Colombe du Dja et Lobo, impressed with his tireless commitment and influential play. His contributions in midfield were crucial to his club's overall performance throughout the season.
