Cameroon International Music Festival : Entertainment Blends With Business In Buea

The fourth edition of the Cameroon International Music Festival (CIMFEST) has rounded off in Limbe after a one week of explosive show at the Molyko Omnisport Stadium. In an unforgettable night Saturday, November 22, 2025, artists, creators and industry shapers in different categories making up 21 awardees went home with prizes. Best folklore - Relly Ebini, best gospel artist – KV Official, best DJ of the year – DJ Tresor, producer of the year – Egbe TMB, best entertainment journalist – Yaovi, song of the year – Cysoul Kolouse among others. 
Before this, there was the CIMFEST Hackathon. This was tech hackathon whereby 75 young techies from all over Cameroon were brought in. They hack and code into the entertainment industry to find solutions to problems that the industry is facing. They did that for 48 hours, two days straight. There was also a tech symposium on their latest innovations and AI, and how it can help the industry. CIMFEST 2025 was also about business. From Wednesday 19 to Saturday 22nd, there was CIMFEST exhibition at the Molyko Omnisport Stadium with over 170 vendors registering. Music lovers had the opportunity to enjoy live concerts every evening while making purchases. Artists like Mimi, King Luka, Elisha Aki, Vinnova etc thrilled the large crowd with exciting melodies. 
The Promoter, Prince-Michael Enobi, President of Cameroon International Music Festival (CIMFEST), said CIMFEST is now a community movement where they have a lot of things going on. CIMFEST opened on November 15, 2025, with a community outreach at Bolifamba (Mile 16). They did clean-up campaign in the neighborhood with 150 volunteers.
