South West : Tchiroma Rallies Youth For National Renewal

After being welcomed at the Mungo Bridge by party supporters, Issa Tchiroma Bakary, headed to the Molyko Omnisport stadium esplanade in Buea, headquarters of the South West Region. While addressing the crowd, he said his presidential ambition was stimulated by the difficult conditions facing the youth. He lamented the high rate of unemployment among graduates and insisted that many have been forced into jobs far below their qualifications. ‘‘Our nation is on the brink of collapse. When trained doctors become taxi drivers or risk their lives abroad, it shows how unhappy our youth are. We must take our destiny into our own hands’’, the erstwhile Minister of Employment said.
