From door-to-door, the campaign team has now move to the streets to woo more voters and remind party militants of the October 12, 2025 crucial rendezvous.
With barely a week left for party candidates and their militants to persuade indecisive voters to join their campaign trail and vote for their candidate, the National Union for Democracy and Progress (NUDP), is leaving no stone unturned. After carrying out a Regional door-to-door campaign that took them to the nook and crannies of the Region, Bello Bouba’s campaign team has embarked on street tours that are expected to take them to all the five Divisional headquarters (Vina, Mbere, Djerem, Faro-et-Deo and Mayo Banyo), of the Region. Last Thursday, they did start with a tour through the different residential quarters of the Regional capital, Ngaoundere.
From Place de Fête passing through Bamyang, Haut Plateau and back, hundreds of militants on open vans and motor bikes, clad in party regalia, paraded with the party flag and effigies of their candidate, Bello Bouba Maigari. Against a background of election slogans, “Bello Bouba Man for Change”, they called on those who are still dragging their feet to join them in the drive to better the living conditions of Cameroonians who are more than ever before in dire need for change.
