Adamawa Region : Thousands Make Their Choice

As early as 8 a.m yesterday, they thronged the different polling stations to exercise their civic duty.
Voters from the five Divisions of the Adamawa Region went to the polls on October 12, 2025 to decide who will be the country’s President for the next seven years. In the Regional capital Nagoundere, voting that started as early as 8 a.m ended in serenity. At exactly 10h15m a.m, the Governor of the Adamawa Region, Kildadi Taguieke Boukar, did exercise his civic duty at the Ngaoundere Urban Council. Reports from all five Divisions (Djerem, Faro et Deo, Mayo Banyo, Mbere and Vina), say voting went on without any major incident as confirmed by Governor Kildadi, “I am very happy with the voting. I got reports from all the administrative officers in the Region that everything went on well. I want to congratulate all the stakeholders for a job well done. We are going to wait for the results in serenity.
