Social Democratic Front : Taking Stock Of Performance

Following the close of polls for the October 12 Presidential election, the Social Democratic Front (SDF), one of the parties that participated in the race, is busy taking stock and evaluating their performance. In essence, Regional Chairpersons of the party coordinated the campaigns of their Presidential flagbearer, Joshua Osih, in their respective regions and the evaluation meeting, as the party officials noted, is to draw lessons in the process so as to better prepare for upcoming elections. This especially given the fact that there will be municipal and legislative elections by mid-year 2026. The mandate of Municipal Councillors and Members of Parliament were extended by the President of the Republic from February 2025 to May 31, 2026. To perform better in the aforementioned elections, the Social Democratic Front is taking stock of its actual performance in the Presidential election as a measure of identifying and fixing its loopholes.
