Lilian Mbeng, with stage name Caro, is a gifted Cameroonian actress, comedian, and filmmaker who has left an indelible mark on the entertainment industry. Hailing from the South West Region, Lilian's ascent to stardom is a remarkable testament to her resilience. Lilian's foray into the arts was nurtured by her grandmother, who instilled in her a profound appreciation for storytelling and performance. This formative influence laid the groundwork for her future triumphs. Having overcome adversity, including supporting herself and her siblings as a petty trader following the loss of her parents, Lilian has risen to become a household name in the Cameroonian film industry, earning widespread recognition for her talent and dedication. Born and raised in Cameroon, Caro grew up in a family of five siblings, being the eldest daughter. She pursued her academic interests at the University of Buea, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Although she had no formal training in acting, her passion for the performing arts blossomed during this period, laying the foundation for her future career. Caro's acting career took off in 2016 with her early years marked by financial struggles.
